Formed in 1952 the UK's leading military manufacturers our client are Specialist designers and suppliers of high-quality military uniforms for ceremonial, parade, corporate and formal wear.

With a dedicated team of over 40 bespoke tailors and skilled artisans their London workroom can make a fully hand-made bespoke suit to whatever the customer's requirements, from a single suit to uniforms for a hundred staff.


Due to business demands, our client has created a new and unique opportunity for a hard-working and passionate individual to join their established office team in supporting the front of house and accounts operations.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Be a first point of contact for customers coming into office
  • Direct customers both in person and by telephone to relevant point of contact
  • Handle inbound calls, prioritising messages and answering queries where possible
  • Display excellent interpersonal, interdepartmental skills and teamwork
  • Support accounts function with input of daily invoices to Sage 50 system
  • Support ordering of supplies via online supplier portal (order management)
  • Support Product purchase ordering
  • Booking in of contact deliveries
  • Learning of military Uniforms and Regiments
  • Courier Despatching
  • Manage appointments and team reminders for online calendar and diary
  • Support colleagues with ad hoc duties as required
  • Ad hoc admin duties to support team as required
  • Support work on bespoke inhouse systems and custom software as used by Kashket & Partners

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident customer service approach
  • Accurate and fast data entry into Sage 50 system
  • Able to professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Team player and flexible work approach
  • Able to multitask and manage own time and workload, prioritising as necessary
  • Able to work independently and use own judgement

Salary & Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.35pm
- £22,000 to £25,000

  • Workplace Pension
  • 28 Days Holiday (incl B/H)

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
