Concept Bespoke Interiors is an Employee-Owned Trust company operating in the residential Property construction & manufacturing sector.

Concept Bespoke Interiors has operated in the market since 2005 when incorporated by the Directors & Co Founders & have steadily expanded over the course of trading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our inhouse health and safety manager in the day to day implementation, monitoring and evaluation of internal health and safety management systems
  • Assist in carrying out site inspections and safety audit including our joinery production factory
  • Carry out tool box training
  • Assist in reviewing and approving RAMS
  • Attending site and client health and safety meetings
  • Write Method statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments with assistance with inhouse health and safety manager
  • Upload key documents onto company's internal systems (DB) etc.
  • Assist in preparing key health and safety management plans such as Construction Health and Safety Plans, Emergency plan, Water risk management plans

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • General Knowledge and CDM2015 regulations
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant UK safety legislations
  • Construction Industry experience
  • Good standards of IT skills including MS office word, excel etc.

  • An approachable personality that earns trust and respect from project team, clients and office staff.
  • Confident speaker, selfmotivated individual with an ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver successful and high quality projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously including our joinery production factory.
  • A positive approach and ''can do spirit to solving problems, meeting targets and clients expectations.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
