An opportunity has arisen for a hands on HR professional to provide leadership to the HR team both in London and abroad.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to take that first Director Level role. Expanding their horizons, taking international responsibility but also keeping their feet firmly at the operational, practical level.

This position is based in Central London and has a certain amount of flexible working.


The Role

  • Lead, manage, develop and improve the HR function in all regions and in all areas.
  • Implement new initiatives such as employee engagement.
  • Own and manage all but the most complex ER issues
  • Manage Compensation and ensure Benefits area all in order
  • Supervise recruitment, streamline onboarding and carry out exit interviews.
  • Support Organisational Change Projects
  • Support the Key Leadership team on all People Issues.
  • Coaching employees and supporting their personal development.
  • A minimum of 8 years HR Generalist Experience. A track record of loyalty is appreciated.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law in the UK and as many other jurisdictions as possible
  • A willingness to roll sleeves up and get things done. Managing priorities is key to this.
  • An ability to operate at the strategic level
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Have enough personal initiative to operate without supervision yet know when it is appropriate to escalate to a more senior level.
  • Have an outgoing and gregarious personality. This is no place to lock yourself in your office
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Products, especially Excel.
