Shifts: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (6am to 6pm) with overtime available

Pay Rates at 18 years of age and over:
Salary £24, 437 (once trained) to £31,197 achievable + Pension

Line Leader Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Production Manager Line Leaders assist in the delivery of people management, safety, quality and daily production planning.

Setting up the production line to complete specific orders.

Overseeing production line workers and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget.

Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.

Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.

Performing recordkeeping tasks, ensuring all required paperwork is completed promptly, fully and accurately.

Line Leader Requirements:

Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Superb leadership, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent problem-solving techniques.
