We are looking for a multi-skilled and practical person who can commit to helping us two to three days a week, with occasional overtime when required.

Working days are flexible, however Monday would be preferable for one of the working days. This is a part time role which could develop further over time as we are a growing business.

We are a small and friendly team. All work will be carried out at our warehouse and property on the edge of Exeter. Due to the location, a car is required to get here.


The role will be varied and involve lending a hand with joinery, furniture painting, furniture assembly, helping to organise the warehouse, stock counts, stacking shelves, simply an all round handy person is needed You will also be required to help pick and pack products on busier days.


The role will involve the following but not limited to:

  • Joinery, fixing and assembling furniture
  • Painting woodwork to a high standard
  • Helping with the day to day maintenance of warehouse
  • Packing products and preparing orders on busy days
  • Warehouse deliveries heavy lifting will be required on occasion.

Important Attributes Required

  • Experience with woodwork, basic carpentry/joinery experience.
  • A keen interest in DIY with a practical mind, some experience required.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Positive 'can do', hardworking attitude.
Salary will depend on experience.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour
