Our little story begins, when our sweet-toothed founders met at university. They soon found they both had the knack and passion for creating delicious sweet things. So they set out to bless the world with something truly mouth-watering.
They had made the perfect cookie dough, which was nothing like the world had seen before.
With a top-secret recipe (hush hush) and a one-of-a-kind baking method, MyCookieDough was born. Our cookie dough is freshly baked, with a soft gooey consistency that makes the taste buds squeal in delight.
2014 our Cardiff store was born, shortly followed by stores in Birmingham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Westfield Stratford, Westfield White City and now we are going international.
We are an innovative and growing company who is looking for a
Brand Ambassador/Retail Assistant.
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic people to join our team.
We place an emphasis on helping our employees acquire the experience and knowledge needed to progress up the ladder, most of our managers started as team members.
Full training will be provided.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Brand Ambassador will maintain our stores' standards by ensuring the displays are well stocked, neat and tidy.
- Customers should always be welcomed and looked after through a warm and friendly service
- Responsible for baking and preparing the products, including drinks milkshakes, coffee and other hot drinks
- Support your team during busy times.
- You are an extension of the brand and therefore being presentable and showing exceptional customer service ensures that the brand reputation is kept.
- Professionally serve our customers till ensuring prompt, friendly, courteous and reliable assistance is provided.
- Pay attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Brand Ambassador's are expected to work a range of various shifts throughout the week.
- On average you can always expect to have a minimum of 40 hours on full time.
- We operate a clock in and clock out procedure, at the start and end of your day.
- Cleaning and ensuring the store standards are always kept well and adhering to brand guidelines.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Free uniform provided.
- This position is fully flexible and works on a weekly rotating schedule.
- Weekend work is required unless agreed otherwise.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
Up to £10.42 per hour

- Birmingham, B5 4BP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
