The Opportunity:
Would you like to join a growing, multi-disciplinary sustainability consultancy that is committed to making the world a better place?
Eight Versa is looking to hire a senior-level, highly experienced ESG professional.
This is a client-facing role which will comprise leading multiple engagements and taking ownership for seamless delivery of projects and undertaking day to day management of ESG analysts to deliver solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team servicing asset owners, asset managers, and corporate executives across multiple industries, with strong emphasis on the real estate sector.
- Manage client engagements and establish a trusted and nurturing longterm relationships.
- Provide direction and support team members in achieving business objectives, growth targets, and impact goals.
- Develop industryleading solutions (both quantitative and qualitative) such as ESG strategy and investment integration, impact measurement and management, materiality assessments, development, and analysis of metrics and KPIs, ESG reporting, and business transformation.
- Actively sell and win work, participate in, and contribute to the business development plan as well as the ongoing design and iteration of solutions and services.
- Represent our brand by producing content and be an ambassador of our culture and values.
- Be ready for all challenges as they arise in a fastpaced and ambitious environment that is solution driven.
Personal attributes and skills:
- You have a relevant degree with 5 years of relevant work experience and understand buildings and real estate.
- You are passionate about ESG, sustainable finance, corporate sustainability, and the evolving market trends.
- You are motivated and energised to translate strategies to measurable impacts.
- You thrive on doing what needs to be done for your team and your clients, regardless of whether it falls under your stated responsibilities.
- You communicate clearly, turning complexity into something accessible.
- You see challenges to be overcome instead of problems, and you're never shy about getting stuck in.

- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + performancebased bonus
- Holidays: We want you to relax, you'll have 24 days off (20 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holidays, throughout the year. Time off entitlement will increase to 29 days pa after 2 years' service (plus bank holidays).
