Description
Dalton Park is looking for a receptionist/customer services assistant to support the centre management team. The position is 18 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota to include 1 weekend in 3.


Key duties and responsibilities include:
Front of house to centre management office, greeting visitors and fielding enquiries.

Answering main switch board telephone to Centre Management.

Selling centre gift cards.

Updating centre website with store job vacancies and current offers.

Signing in contractors and processing the permit to work system.

Compiling reports on customer communication and feedback.

Responding to customer feedback online via various platforms including TripAdvisor and Social media.


Key skills and experience include:
Microsoft Word and Excel and WordPress.

Using social media to deliver customer service.

Handling complaints and resolving problems.

Understanding of a retail environment.

Customer focused.

Friendly.

Confident.

Approachable.

Level headed.

Self - motivated.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£10.39 per hour
