About the role

The Workflow Coordinator, will support the delivery of the planned and reactive maintenance work orders in Booker internally and externally.

You will be responsible for

  • Manage critical P1 jobs and ensure they are seen and attended by technicians or triaged to lower priority
  • Speak to branches and AM where information is not clear on a job and we are unable to assist
  • Work with contractors to maintain their monthly PPM schedule and highlight schedule risks prior to falling behind
  • Review PPM reporting and certification to ensure always in place and available on Verisae, escalate as appropriate if not present
  • Collate compliance failures, chase for remedial works and report back to weekly for approval
  • Manage and review booker approval bucket to ensure works are dealt with on a timely basis and appropriate notes added
  • Work with contractors weekly for oldest jobs and closing out WON's in appropriate time frame
  • Review P1 estimates daily and ensure appropriate notes added if not approved
