Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Purpose
This is a multipurpose role carrying out all support functions and engaging with internal and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
The role has emphasis on the output as well as input into end-to-end solution management assisting the CEO with effective delivery of her day and delivering high-touch relationship management.
It also entails supporting the creation of a positive and proactive work environment through the engagement of colleagues to enable the business to continuously improve.
Principal Accountabilities
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external colleagues
- Organising virtual and face to face meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Preparation of presentation slides
- Act as a communications assistant
- Handling correspondence directed to CEO
- Making any travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining current database filing, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Ability to analyse data from and organise response times to key stakeholders of the organisation
- Management and oversight of business projects
- Meeting recordings
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects
- Researching new ventures on behalf of CEO
- Resourcing support management
In addition to general administrative support, the Executive Assistant may be in charge of supporting multiple ventures as directed by the CEO.

- Ability to support a fast paced, highenergy CEO
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing responsibilities.
- Conscientious with a clear desire to always do the right thing and act with integrity in every situation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in innovative thinking and creative problem solving
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flourish in a fastmoving, changeable environment
- Experience with social media platforms / blogging / vlogging
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as online Calendars, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
