My client, an innovative and expanding organisation with a global reach is seeking an HR Administrator to join them on a hybrid basis (2 days working in the office, 3 days from home) for an initial 12 month FTC.


Reporting into the HR Manager, Duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR administration queries
  • Processing absence and payroll for designated business area
  • Working closely with HR Business Advisors, Business Partners and the HR Manager
  • Providing generalist HR support to business area
  • Managing a shared service workload,
  • Providing timely and accurate data for payroll,
  • Processing employment contracts
  • Giving advice and support to both Managers and employees across all divisions on a multisite basis
  • Ad hoc HR Administration tasks
  • Have previous experience in HR Administration and/or data driven processes, including data accuracy and integrity
  • Ideally have worked in a shared service environment this is not essential but would be advantageous
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to working a fast paced environment
