Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to develop leadership skills as a Deputy Team Lead within the Mindsmatter Leadership Team.

The role, which is a 1.0 WTE job, offers the opportunity to gain considerable experience in service development, managerial, and additional supervisory skills.

You will join a friendly and supportive clinical and managerial leadership team that also includes a CBT lead, Counselling lead, PWP lead, consultant clinical lead, Strategic manager/training academy leads and Team Leads.

Mindsmatter is a well-established service with a culture of close multi-disciplinary working. The team has a real focus on high quality care and staff well-being. The team work collaboratively to support key performance targets.

We have done a lot of work over recent years to build strong working relationships between the various specialisms in the team; including Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and Counsellors.
