Senior Java Developer

Salary:
£100,000 - £110,000 + shares + benefits

This position is fully remote. You must be based in the UK.

A Senior Java Developer is sought by a 25-person digital start-up that creates sustainable energy consumer products.

Working alongside 15 other software developers, you, as the Senior Java Developer, will have the opportunity to build frameworks and databases from scratch on greenfield projects.

The company uses technology for good and has no technology debt.

The tech stack includes
Java 17 (with plans to upgrade to Java 19), Microservices, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, with some front-end work in and

The ideal Senior Java Developer will have:

Senior level commercial experience in Core Java development
A strong interest in using modern technology and a willingness to participate in a disruptive scaleup
A passion for the "Tech For Good" industry and a desire to improve consumers' sustainable lifestyles
An innovative mindset and a willingness to contribute to product ideas
