Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding and profitable work for two of our most reputable and valued clients across Retail and FS.
Key Responsibilities- Working closely with Client Director & Strategy Director to deliver highly strategic communications plans in response to client briefs.- Working closely with Digital Director to ensure successful roll out of Test & Learn Agenda.- Owning and managing Annual laydown - adjusting and working with clients to ensure accurate implementation.- Working with the Client Director to deliver appropriate contact strategy and client service plan.- Working with the Client Director to ensure the planning process is delivered end to end - mobilising appropriate resources from across the network to develop strategic recommendations and integrated consumer focused solutions to client business challenges.- Delivering multiple workstreams to always meet client expectations through effective deployment of the dentsu activation resource/teams.- Proactively seek out opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell and consult with Client Director on mobilisation of these opportunities.
Qualifications + Skills- Experience of creating and leading commercially sound media plans across multiple channels.- Strong relationship-building skills - Acting proactively to create regular contact opportunities; share information, experience and insight with client to build trust and mutual respect.- Project management skill and experience - Ability to draw up plans for delivery to strict deadlines and with all milestones plotted, follow up on key deliverables and mitigate any risks.- A trusted client advisor with strong people management experience and skills.- Proven negotiation skills - ability to flex in style depending on situation and stage of negotiation.- Background and experience in measurement projects such as attribution, MMM & econometrics.- Ability to analyse numerical data and pull out reasonable and rational conclusions to underpin innovative strategic plan.
