Moxie is supporting a Swansea-based charity to recruit an Estates, Facilities and Sustainability Officer.

This is your opportunity to work for a leading Welsh alcohol and drugs support charity, who are well known for placing the needs of their people at the heart of everything they do.

As an Estates, Facilities and Sustainability Officer you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring compliance is up to date.

What will you do?

Be the first point of contact and source of advice on a wide range of maintenance issues.
Ensure that planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance are completed and logged on the database system.
Coordinating with contractors to ensure works are completed.
Ensuring facilities remain operational and achieve compliance (eg Fire, Health & Safety) and Environmental standards.
Ensuring maintenance work is prioritised accordingly and completed on schedule.

What will you need?

Experience of working in a similar maintenance, repairs or compliance role, ideally within the housing sector.
Proven record of rigorous contract administration to deliver compliance and accuracy.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Drivers licence, with access to a vehicle.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£20,440.00-£22,805.00 per year
