Multi Skilled Trades Person

Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for a enthusiastic Multi Skilled Trades person that wants to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.

Core Maintenance are part of Core Media Services UK Ltd. We are a family run business that was established in 2006.

Essex based, we have gained a reputation for providing a reliable and responsive quality service to our growing portfolio of social housing providers.

We have teams operating across London, South-East, Midlands, Yorkshire and the North-West.

We are looking for highly skilled, customer focused Operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, & Reactive Maintenance in properties.

It is key that they can complete a variety of tasks to ensure that repairs/orders can be completed to a high standard on first fixes.

As a Multi-skilled Trades person, you will be expected to carry out the following:

Responsibilities:

Undertaking tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering, and decorating, and more on a daily basis
Carrying out general maintenance work and repairs
Ensuring that the customer receives an effective courteous service.
Completing any necessary paperwork
Fostering constructive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and partner organizations
Participating in the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring that policies and procedures comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.

Skills - Essential

Qualification and/or experience in a similar role
Ability to organize own work schedule.
Ability to work to a high standard under pressure to meet target dates.
A flexible approach to working arrangements.
A clean valid UK driving license and the ability to travel between different sites.

DBS clearance will be required.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
