PROPERTY RENTAL MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Our expanding rental department needs another
ENTHUSIASTIC,
EXPERIENCED, SUPER ORGANISED, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR to help manage the lettings portfolio.

Previous experience in the lettings industry and RSW is preferred but not essential - dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors, inspections and day to day rental maintenance queries.

Ideally this is a full time position but so me flexible working hours / part time options may be available.

This vacancy is for Carmarthen office.

Other essential skills include:

Car owner / driver, excellent IT & organisational skills, a team player and some experience & interest in property.

Salary dependent on experience - excellent career opportunities available for those with extensive rental industry knowledge.
