We are recruiting advisers to join our Generalist team - undertaking generalist telephone advice and initial benefits advice via phone and face to face.

Levels of advice work experience required varies from post to post - please see Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.

Have strong communication skills.
Be able to manage deadlines.
Have experience of working with the general public.
Work well within a team.
Have a good level of IT skills (Microsoft 365)
Be able to follow our policies and procedures.
Be able to observe confidentiality and understand the importance of Equality and Diversity in their work.

Full Time for Generalist phone advice (job share considered)
4 days a week Generalist Benefits Advisor post
