SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR/VALUER


SALARY:
upto£27,000 basic (negotiable) + 40k OTE


HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT:9am - 6pm Monday to Friday

9am - 7pm every other Saturday


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales Negotiation: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial client contact to successful property completion. Negotiate sales terms, offers, and counteroffers to achieve the best outcome for both the client and the agency.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process. Keep clients informed about market conditions, property valuations, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Property Valuation: Conduct thorough property valuations, considering market trends, location, condition, and other influencing factors. Provide accurate and realistic pricing recommendations to clients, ensuring properties are competitively priced.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote properties. Utilise online platforms, traditional advertising channels, and networking events to attract potential buyers.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for potential buyers. Highlight key property features, address inquiries, and gather feedback for further followup.
  • Sales Progression: Oversee the progression of sales, coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and legislative changes within the real estate industry. Use this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and managers, to achieve team targets and ensure seamless client service. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall performance of the agency.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Experience: A minimum of 35 years of experience in the UK market, with a strong track record in property sales and negotiation.
  • Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the UK property market, including current market conditions, property valuations, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Familiarity with local areas, property types, and buyer preferences.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the agency. Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Empathetic, patient, and responsive to client needs and inquiries.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. A selfmotivated individual with a resultsdriven mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Active listening skills to understand client requirements and address concerns effectively.
  • IT Proficiency: Competency in using property management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
