Premier Recruitment are now working with a property investment firm to recruit a sales consultant with a proven track record of closing deals over the phone.

They specialise in identifying wealth building opportunities in the UK Buy-To-Let market.

They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.

Competitive basic, plus uncapped earnings, OTE year 1 £50,000 - £70,000

What you need

Proven track record in sales

Property experience is advantageous but not a necessity.

Should be goal orientated, target driven Self-motivated, organised, and sociable individual.

Thrive on taking on responsibility.

Able to work under pressure to produce results.


Responsibilities:

Advising on property investments

Advising clients and companies throughout the sales process

Closing property deals

Managing client's property portfolios

Following up all sales enquiries

Building rapport and maintaining client relationships


Salary:
£20,000 - £24,000 OTE £50,000 - £70,000


Supplement pay types:
Commission pay, Bonuses.


Schedule:
Monday - Wednesday (9-5:30), Thursday (10:30-7), Friday (9-5:30)
