Description

As a receptionist, you are the heart of our operation, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion and will contribute to the HW1.

You will act as an ambassador for HW1 and will greet all members and visitors to gym and training facility.

Ideally you will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to ensure that visits to HW1 are an enjoyable one.

• You are passionate, motivated, and able to work in a busy environment
• You are very focused on customer service and have a friendly personality
• You are able to work to a flexible schedule
• Previous experience in Receptionist/Hospitality would be idea but is not essential.

• Welcome and acknowledge each and every member with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
• Address members' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and always presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
