My client is a charity and is looking for an experienced and motivational Deputy Manager to manage a specialist residential service based in St Teath, Cornwall for adults with autism and complex needs.


You will be the focal point for the home, managing the day to day running of the home, line managing staff, installing a high performing culture and ensuring CQC compliance.

My client is a leading specialist healthcare and social care provider with national coverage.

The Deputy Manager will be offered

  • Salary of £28,000
  • Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties

To be considered as Deputy Manager, you must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
