My client, an established, resilient and forward-thinking UK based operator and freight forwarder, provides logistics solutions for UK and EU Manufacturers, Importers and Exporters.

They are seeking an interesting and vibrant Sales Executive to join their team.

Your Role as Sales Executive

  • Maximising the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement.
  • Submits quotes and converts them.
  • Account Management.
  • Negotiates with clients and suppliers
  • Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping post Brexit.
  • Some external/Video call meetings as required.
Your Skill Set

  • Friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability and focus on building longterm relationships with clients.
  • New business sales background.
  • The ability to make structured and effective cold calls.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • IT and computer literate.
  • Strong tenacity and work ethic.
  • Team player
