Laboratory Environment Supporter - London, United Kingdom - Avacone AG

Description

Your tasks:

• Provide daytoday IT support to users using the ticketing tools
• Acquisition and integration of new required hardware into the laboratory environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot and repair existing hardware
• Monitor all network processes to ensure the smooth flow of data across the network
• Support and testing when purchasing new laboratory systems
• Assist and coordinate service and maintenance visits
• Management of backups and Windows security patches
• Assist the remote teams to coordinate site activities

You have:

- technical degree or equivalent experience
- experience in data center support
- knowledge of servers, and network equipment.

• Proficiency in documenting network processes.

- knowledge of Pharma regulations, data integrity, GMP
- experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining equipment.
- great communication skills, customer service focus and solution orientation
