We are delighted to be working with an award-winning removals and storage company that strives to treat every customer as an individual and exceed their expectations by understanding their needs, planning with excellence, and delivering with care.


They are now looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator who enjoys closing the deal and generating further business by providing the best customer service to clients across London.


You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for being the first point of contact for the majority of customers, therefore, you must be extremely personable and have an excellent telephone manner.

This is a full-time, officed based role. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9am - 6pm.


Main Responsibilities:

Booking survey runs
  • You will be required to book a minimum number of surveys per week to meet your targets (70+ per week).

Managing sales Pipeline
  • As part of a team, you will be assisting surveyors following up and managing the sales pipeline for our surveyor team.

Generating new business
/ Outcalls -Cold calling of residential & commercial leads using lead generation database. You will have up to 50+ leads per week.

Systems and Administration
  • All leads and relevant sales data will need to be captured and tracked using our internal CRM system.

Admin & Reporting
for weekly sales meeting
  • Track relevant data and liaise with other departments to obtain this.

Skills:


  • Experienced in telemarketing / telesales / customer service delivery.
  • Highly personable.
  • A great communicator and rapport builder.
  • Exceptional at both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with CRM systems / database management.
  • Experience in the UK Domestic Removals market would be desirable (but not essential).
  • Results and performance driven with proactive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexibility, to respond to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to engage, learn and share best practice across the team and organization.
  • Ability to relate to and communicate with staff of all levels.
  • Motivational skills & be approachable and patient.
