The Opportunity


We are looking for a Surveys Sales Consultant to effectively manage inbound survey leads and successfully convert them into sales whilst managing the administration associated with the role.

You will provide the customer with technical advice and guidance when required.


The role will involve:

  • Logging inbound leads onto CRM
  • Liaising with customers on their survey requirements
  • Supplying customers with quotes
  • Taking payments from customers on the WorldPay system
  • Processing all administration associated with successful sales
  • Reporting on your lead sources and revenues on a weekly basis

About You
You will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with previous sales or customer service experience, coupled with;

  • IT literacy and competence with Microsoft Office
  • Possessing an understanding of customer service standards
  • Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantage
  • Being selfmotivated and sales driven
