    Job Summary

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and supporting our team to deliver high-quality services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting young people with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Attachment Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
    • Working collaboratively with the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and oversee daily operations.
    • Providing comprehensive care and support to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

    Requirements

    • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
    • Previous experience within a residential childcare setting.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and caring skills.
    • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide attentive support to our residents.

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
