Description
Shandah Limited is look for an Assistant Building Control Surveyor to provide temporary cover working for a local authority.

The placement will start 22/04/2024 and finish on 19/07/2024 initially. The minimum rate will be £150 per day.

Undertake examination and inspection of Building Regulation submissions, plans and site works to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations, London Building Acts and other associated legislation, with assistance as required on more complicate works.

Appropriate professional qualifications and full membership of MRICS, MBEng, MICE, MIStructE, RIBA or MIFireE.

Eligible for persons who are Associate Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, ABE, Institute of Structural Engineers.
