Are you an experienced business administrator with an aptitude for finance, data, analysis, and reporting?
We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated individual, to join the NHS SBS Integrated Procurement Services (NCIS) working within a fresh and innovative team maintaining quality standards and taking responsibility for providing administrative support within our procurement function.
This role is based on a hybrid fixed term contract, working predominately from home and travelling into the Salford office once a month.
What you'll be doing:
- Resolving queries competently and efficiently, referring to Team Manager as required.
- Distributing information as and when required, working with the other team members, and supporting line management on any additional admin when required.
- Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement as well as providing induction and onjob training of other team members.
- Maintaining and updating information held on a database or manually.
- Liaising with internal/external clients.
What you'll bring:
- The ability to schedule and prioritise allocated work daily.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- IT literate with MS Office Skills in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confident and clear communicator.
It would be great if you had:
- Financial and accountancy skills.
- Utilisation of finance or supplier databases.
