Description

We are currently recruiting a HR and Employee Relations Consultant to join one of our prestigious clients for a 12 month contract.
(Level 5 CIPD) Hybrid working / 2 days onsite

Rate £255.36 per day. OUTSIDE IR35

A minimum of
SC clearance is required for this role. Therefore, you will need to be SC Cleared or eligible to undertake SC Security Clearance.

You will ensure effective support and advice to managers and staff is provided on complex employee relations casework.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of policies and processes relating to employment to ensure they are fit for purpose, streamlined and support delivery of business objectives.
Provide general education and awareness of Employee Relation policyrelated matters.

Essential

Project management skills
Strong influencing and communication skills
Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience;

Interpret professional/technical documents;

Reports directly to Senior HR Policy Employee Relations Lead
