Reporting directly to the CEO, we're looking for an experienced and focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us in Birmingham City Centre.

We're growing quickly and we're looking for recruiters with leadership experience to help us expand.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll get:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:

  • Leading the development of an existing team and driving business forward
  • Focusing on business development and managing existing relationships
  • Negotiating contracts with clients
  • Managing your own team of consultants

Do you offer:


  • At least 1 years' worth of Team Leader/Management experience
  • At least 3 years of Recruitment experience
  • Client relationship building and management experience
  • Experience working to targets, deadlines and/or service agreements
