Earning potential for Site Supervisor is 50K+
Time and a half on overtime Monday
Friday
Time and a half until 3pm Saturday
Double pay from 3pm Saturday and all of Sunday

They are a successful, high growth business, well positioned for the upcoming wave in renewable energy investment.

This is an important role within the well-established EPC Operations department, helping to support the projects team as a site-based supervisor for all construction activities on our current and upcoming portfolio.

The role will cover a broad range of tasks including.

Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor (renewable energy - solar - battery storage)

Execution of site HSE inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements.
Responsible for onsite HSE Conditions throughout the project
HSE compliance monitoring.
Site HSE training.
Monitoring subcontractor performance in line with project programmes.
Site HSE and performance reports. HSE incident investigation.
