Principal Resourcing are currently recruiting for
Early Career Teachers (ECT's) to work in our local Primary Schools based in
Bradford and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative teachers. If you are ready to start your career in education, then we really want to hear from you

The posts are
full-time and
part-time, commencing
September 2023.


We will do out upmost to try and secure you a long-term role for September within one of our local partner schools.

Here at Principal Resourcing, we have experienced and fully qualified teachers, on hand that work within branch to offer guidance and support on the all-important interviews, planning, behaviour management and much more.

We are always just a phone call away and can offer bespoke training when it's needed.


Within the role you will be required to:

  • Deliver quality first teaching
  • Have the highest expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Work as part of a successful team to plan and/or deliver an inspiring and engaging curriculum
  • A strong and creative approach to teaching and raising attainment
  • A commitment to develop the personalities, talents and abilities of all student

Skills and attributes:


  • Teaching qualification
  • QTS, PGCE
  • The ability to develop and work in strong, effective teams and partnerships
  • Perseverance, determination and resilience to secure positive progress outcomes for students
  • Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing approach
  • A valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
