Photographer experience would be advantageous


You need:

• Own transport is ESSENTIAL. Car/van. (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT OWN A CAR)
• To be local to Kent, Southampton / Beaulieu or Leicester advantageous
• Great attitude in all weathers,
• Punctual & enthusiastic with early mornings,
• Professional under pressure,
• Smart and presentable,
• Great communicator with customers and team mates, polite and with a sensible approach,
• Adaptable and willing to go the extra mile, a hard working outlook is essential.

The role will include some or all of the following:

• Setting up and taking down a gazebo at various venues (full training will be given)
• Helping the Photographer at the events by handing out number cards
• Assist with traffic management
• Dealing with customers
• Maintaining a professional image
• You should be able to lift without assistance.
• The majority of work is during the weekends and sufficient notice will be provided
• Progressing to managing a team of two to four people (typically 2 others) If you have the ability to and the following bullet points will come under the managing role.
• Pushing sales, dealing with customers.
• Communicating between the event organiser, team members and the organiser at the venue.
• Managing money, discounts, managers forms and reporting to the company director.
• Training will be provided for all aspects of the role

Money

• Pay is £13.50 on hour, usual hours required 3 to 5 hours
• Mileage expenses paid
• Anticipated earnings £54 £67.50

Interview:

Telephone interview at 7am (will be set up after the job advert has finished - wait to receive a confirmation time and date) followed by a field interview which is half a day usually 7am - 1pm (dependant on phone interview) with an experienced team member which will be unpaid as it is an interview.

There is the possibility for longer shifts and work as a photographer / manager after training.

Basic pay for photographers once training is completed will be £95 per day (progressing to manager role where pay will be £150 to £175 basic pay) Mileage, expenses and commission is available when targets have been hit.

A can do attitude is more important than experience.
