We are looking for a dispensing optician who enjoys spending time with customers and has a passion for eyewear fashion and style to join our current team.

We are a high-end Independent Optical practice in Battersea, London, SW11 with an amazing retail space which patients find both inviting and relaxing.

What does the role entail?_ We are known for our comprehensive eye examinations and our stylish eyewear. High-level bespoke styling is the core of our business.

• You enjoy being on the shop floor, seeing browsers, getting involved in the day to day tasks that happen in a boutique business, to create an exceptional experience for customers
• You're a team player you get involved with setting the practice up each morning, greeting clients as they arrive, checking their eyewear and returning it to them cleaned.
• You're interested in developing your skills and career, and making a positive contribution to a business and the community it serves
• You understand the need for hard work and can withstand the pressure of a fastpaced deadlinedriven work environment
• You pay attention to detail our clients demand the highest standards of service and you need to meet them comprehensively, every time.

What will I need in order to be considered for this opportunity?_

• Dispensing experience is essential, with a track record of success in spectacle and contact lens supply and positive patient outcomes.
• A "can do" attitude with the enthusiasm to learn and develop both yourself and the business.
• An ability to sell yourself as well as our services and create and strengthen patient relationships and loyalty.
• A helpful and approachable manner with high communication and interpersonal skills.
• A 'no excuses' attitude to meeting patient and business needs completely.
• The ability to multitask, keep on top of lots of details but not lose sight of the "big picture."

£20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

- optical practice: 4 years (required)
