Are you an experienced Case Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity?


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated by providing good customer service, achieving targets, and customer satisfaction to join our Case Management team, based in Colchester, Essex.


As a Case Administrator, you will provide administrative support to self-employed contractors by ensuring they have the relevant documents and information they need to undertake their roles, liaising with customers to deliver a high level of customer service, sending and receiving invoices, and ensuring that reports are filed with customers on time.


You will follow the company process for each separate case, ensuring that you maintain databases and record information at each stage.


Your customer service skills will be used to build relationships with our local authority and family solicitor customers, as well as with your professional colleagues.


On a daily basis you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks whilst striving to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.

You will work closely with the Senior Case Manager to achieve maximum profitability from all sales.


To succeed in the Case Administrator role, you must be able to work effectively to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.


The successful applicant will be motivated to:

  • ensure each customer interaction is professional, includes accurate detail, and avoids the use of jargon;
- ensure customers are notified of changes to any part of the sales agreement;
- strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction;
- develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with all colleagues, external representatives, and suppliers;
- ensure sensitive information is managed appropriately and in accordance with company confidentiality procedures;
- communicate progress against agreed objectives to your Line Manager;
- ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
