Description
An organised individual is required for this post.The duties include managing the reception area; administration duties; maintenance of databases and secretarial support for the Community Paediatrician, Allied Health Professionals and Nursing staff based within Valleyfield Health Centre.
You should be educated to standard grade level and have previous Administration or Secretarial experience. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of medical terminology, Digital Dictation, Trakcare and TIARA systems.The ability to travel throughout West Fife area will be required for training and staff cover purposes.
Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
