Motor Claims Handler

Are you a claims handling whiz with a passion for all things motor? We are searching for a claims genius to join our expert insurance team.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience dealing with motor claims
  • Experience in handling general insurance claims including FNOL, credit hire and settlement negotiation is desired but not essential
  • Ability to handle claims from 'cradle to grave'
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business (you will be audited)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral as communication with customers and repairers and stakeholders is key
  • Understanding of compliant procedures
  • Ability to understand and interpret policy wordings

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:


  • Litigation and law experience
  • Motor fraud experience
  • Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
