Security Support Coordinator

(4 days between Mon and Fri
We are looking for a part time coordinator to support our uniformed teams>
You could help us redefine what's possible for our passengers and local community.


As part of our 'Grow with Gatwick' initiative you'll be provided with plenty of training and support to ensure you're developing and growing your career.


What is the role?**To ensure uniform provision primarily focusing on Security but assisting with the wider Gatwick teams too


What will you do?

  • Responsible for the provision of Uniform in line with agreed SLAs
  • Budget Review and planning, collaborating with Finance including PO Session attendance and submissions.
  • Inventory maintenance, following up on shortages and non completion of faults, in line with SLAs
  • Collating the required information ensuring effective communication flow at all levels
  • Providing support as necessary in line with the CCTV policy.
  • Working with stakeholders to audit Lost Property

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Skilled at note taking
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for exec level meetings
  • Highly literate with ability to make the complex simple to understand
  • Experience in diary management
  • Prepare and deliver daily and monthly reports
