Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) required to join our Residential Surveying Team in Bristol. We are looking for an experienced surveyor to work part time to undertake Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for Private Clients. This role can either be hybrid (working from home/office) or office based.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. RICS Red Book and to industry/best practice standards.

- MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is £50,000 £60,000 pro rata and depends on experience.
- Professional Fees and CPD paid
- On site parking space
