An established events and group travel agency in the heart of London are expanding their team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly forward thinking business

THE COMPANY

This fantastic company is an industry leader, having been consistently growing its services, client base and reputation for over 20 years and now employing close to 500 people.

They offer a wide range of services including event management, business and grouptravel, venue finding and event technology across a broad client base with a heavy leaning towards professional services.

Events can range from a VIP meeting in London for 50 delegates, to a high end meeting for 300 or a partner conference for up to 2,000 across the globe There is now an exciting opportunity to join their team within an Event Registration Specialist position.


THE ROLE
As Event Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the successful build and implementation of their delegate registration websites via Cvent


Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with clients to understand the brief
  • Providing designs and suitable solutions in line with this brief
  • Preparing scopes of work (timelines) for the project
  • Building event registration websites through Cvent
  • Implementing key comms activations including invitations, joining instructions, etc.
  • Ensuring delegates receive a seamless experience throughout their registration journey
  • Providing registration support and troubleshooting in relation to the site
  • Managing the delegate registration and communication process
  • Creating advanced custom data reports to be used in preplanning and post event
  • Managing paid elements within the registration site including invoicing etc.
  • Assisting with reconciliation post event

THE CANDIDATE
