TEMPORARY - 4-6 WEEK GUIDELINE

Our client is an international events company based in the heart of Liverpool Street.

HOURS**:9:00am - 17:30pm


SALARY:
£13.85-£14.36 p/h (£27,000-£28,000 p/a)**LOCATION
:Nearest Tube: Liverpool Street Station, HYBRID 2/3 days in the office the rest from home

This company has a dynamic and fast paced atmosphere with a friendly team, the role itself will be perfect for an administration assistant who is looking to branch into the role of a HR administrator, with no previous HR experience required.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

  • Able to support the HR team with administration duties and day to day processes
  • Supporting with general enquires coming into the department
  • Working on team projects
  • Editing spreadsheets and submitting to payroll
  • Uploading information to various systems
  • Supporting with new starter and leaving processes
  • Adhoc process support

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


  • Confident and adaptable individual
  • Professional with a good work manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Personable with a goto personality
  • Previous administration experience is desired
