Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established family-owned business based in Sheffield as they look for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role would be ideal for someone from a SME background, that enjoys working in an environment where no two days are the sameThe main duties of the role will include:
- Credit Control
- Purchase Ledger
- Answering and monitoring incoming calls
- Provide holiday & absence cover for team
- Work closely with other departments making sure all Purchase & Sales accounts are correct
Skills and experience required:
- Accounts experience including Credit Control
- Knowledge of Sage50 and Microsoft Excel (Desirable)
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude to work
- Willingness to progress in career
- 5 Monday to Friday
30 days holiday including Bank holidays (Increases with length of service)
