Receptionist

Salary:
up to £40k depending on experience

London Bridge - Monday - Friday - full time office based 9:00am-6:00pm/8:30am-5:30pm

Duties of the role:

  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising conference/virtual calls
  • Ordering and distributing, milk, fruit, coffee/team etc
  • Booking guests into the building
  • Assist with ingoing and outgoing post
  • Making refreshments
  • Create Zoom/Conference calls
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and tidied afterwards
  • Calendar management
  • Event management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Logging IT issues and assist with IT in meeting rooms
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Booking travel
  • Filing expenses
  • Helping organise and set up monthly socials
  • General admin support

Requirements:


  • Immediately available to start a new role
  • Previous reception experience preferably from a corporate background
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Zoom and Microsoft Office Packages including Microsoft Teams is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, professional and positive attitude
