Are you a confident and friendly communicator who has a keen eye for detail?

If so, you may be who we are looking for to support our in-house telesales team.


We are a very well established toy and gift wholesale distributor, with a great reputation within our industry, who cover the largest range of manufacturers in the world and operate both nationally and internationally.


We import and sell our own ranges of toys alongside those from manufacturers such as Hasbro, Mattel, Jazwares and Spinmaster.

We deal B2B with many types of companies ranging from small online retailers right through to major high street chains and have customers all around the world.

We are looking for a focussed and well presented individual to support our in-house sales team


Duties to include:

  • Work closely with our telesales team and various departments within the business
  • Providing administrative support and customer service
  • Order processing via our website and through communication with customers directly.
  • Ensuring every customer transaction is dealt with in a professional manner and within set deadlines.
  • Using Microsoft Office and our in-house sales management system to process customer enquiries and orders.
  • Provide cover for holidays and sickness within the business.
  • Report directly to the Business Development Manager and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
  • Some manual handling may be required when dealing with product returns.

Person:

  • Confident, friendly communicator with good business acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to improve efficiency
  • Well presented and able to work within an established team.
  • A desire to be the best and help the business continue to grow further.
  • I.T. literate and well organised, ongoing training is always at the core of our business.
  • Happy to communicate at all levels and work using initiative, accuracy and integrity to provide the very best customer service.1.
