    Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts for major clients. This strategic role will see you drive end-to-end hiring processes, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while making a lasting impact on business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for key accounts, aligning with client needs and timelines.
    • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers to ensure optimal recruitment outcomes.
    • Analyze market trends and data to advise on hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Nurture relationships with top talent pools across key regions to secure access to the best candidates.
    • Maintain ownership of critical recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvement in time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
    • Forecast future hiring needs and plan strategically for upcoming talent deployments.

    Account Servicing & Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for major account clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and alignment.
    • Manage complex recruitment requirements, ensuring seamless assignment of top talent and timely SLA delivery.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth interview processes.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to forecast hiring needs and establish robust talent pipelines.
    • Partner with Community Managers to ensure effortless onboarding and retention of top talent.
    • Drive a solutions-focused culture, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact client satisfaction.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and client expectations.
    • Negotiate contract extensions with current Remobi team members to maintain a high level of talent retention.
    • Streamline contract extension execution via the Remobi Dashboard.
    • Evaluate all Remobi deployments to ensure they meet the highest standards of compliance, working closely with finance and legal teams.
    • Leverage data analytics to refine processes and elevate the candidate experience.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years leading recruitment for major accounts or large-scale tech projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet hiring targets in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
    • Familiarity with nearshore tech talent markets and industry trends is highly desirable.
