Position:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)

Teaching Assistant Hours:
, term time only Salary: You'll be earning between £76 and £82 per day

This is a temporary to permanent position, lasting for 12 weeks, starting in September.

Are you someone who...
Do you have

A bachelor's degree in a compatible field, such as Psychology, Social work or Counselling
Experience of working with an individual who has complex SEMH needs/history of childhood trauma
Passion, drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile to make a real difference to the lives of all our pupils with special educational needs and disabilities
The ability to work as a cooperative and flexible team member
Selfmotivation and high expectations of yourself and others
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and engage pupils that face daily challenges and barriers to learning
Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment. _
Provide an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one (which Pink Tile can assist with). _
