Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer service support in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes.
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
