Vending Machine - Stocker and Field Technician Part Time

DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY
Part time position, requiring variable and flexible hours, based on machine service needs. Performs stocking and restocking of Mobile Hotspots, Phones, and Mobile Accessories and troubleshoots repairs as needed.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a list of primary job duties that the Vending Machine - Stocker would be responsible for.

This list is not exhaustive and may include other tasks as assigned by management:

• Restock TravelWifi Machine within 24 hours of receiving shipments.
• Receiving, delivering, and restocking of product. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Perform First Level Service within Target SLA (85%) as requested.
• Perform Second Level Service (Part Replacement) within Target SLA (90%) as requested.
• Work with Zoom Network Operations on escalation, testing, issue management, and resolution.
• Update Call Center on etas, parts requests, and status.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability 7 days a week, supporting defined Operating Hours and Work on Weekends, Holidays, and Evenings.
• Access to Mildenhall Air Force Base.
• Understanding troubleshooting internet connectivity on Windows platforms, mainly Win
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits and switches using Multimeters and Ohm Meters
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skills a must
• Ability to create processes and documentation of processes
• Selfmotivated and able to selfmanage, organized, detailoriented, some project management skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize to meet critical deadlines on assigned tasks/projects
• Must be able to wear a face mask and follow COVID precautions as needed
• Ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner
• Lift at least 20 lbs.

Pay:
£13.17-£17.44 per hour
