Role responsibilities
- Manages client deliverables, deadlines, inperson meetings and calls
- Builds strong client and internal working relationships to optimise client service
- Prioritises a variety of projects and stakeholders efficiently
- Ensures feedback from clients is captured and implemented
- Maintains annual client retention rates of 90%+
- Supports the recruitment of a growing account management team
Skills and Competencies
- 34 years of client account experience ideally within a large corporate or consultancy
- Strong interpersonal skills confident and assertive in client interactions
- Operational strategy can see the forest from the trees
- Excellent presentation skills concise and deliberate in delivery and adaptive to audience
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders in rapidly evolving environments
- Confidently work with changing client demands and regulatory procedures
- Collaborative, proactive and adaptive in approach to work
- Personal and/or professional interest in corporate sustainability desirable
What we offer
- Starting salary of £40,000 per year, with regular performance and salary reviews.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 34 days in Barclays Rise London office (Shoreditch) and 12 days remotely
